Of course, we hope that once registered, no one will have to cancel!

However, in the event that you must cancel, please read our refund policy carefully...

 

Unfortunately, Dock Street Uke Camp 2020 ~ Stay The Blazes Home Edition will not be issuing refunds for workshop registrations. In consideration of the non refundable costs of online platforms and other tools required to deliver our 2020 camp, we are not able to offer policy exceptions in response to comments or emails.

 

In the event that a merchandise item (apparel, tumblers, etc.) is defective, we will send a replacement when possible, at our shipping cost. This exchange/replacement will be processed upon receipt of the defective item.
